The KIP Difference

Trust: In addition to diverse training programs with open enrolment, the KIP Center for Leadership focuses on creating customized learning experiences for its clients. KIP provides a secure platform for exchanging ideas and best practices. As experienced practitioners, we understand corporate challenges facing managers and staff today and work with our business partners to address both the corporate strategic needs and the personal goals of individuals.

Innovation: We build on a network of innovative and highly experienced global thinkers from a multi disciplinary base.  Our model is work in strategic partnership with the best centers of excellence to provide world class learning throughout the region.

Impact: We recognize that the effectiveness of executive education depends on the practical side of the training sessions.  Beyond inspirational speeches, participants need to be able to apply take-home lessons immediately with tangible benefits.  Therefore our programmes focus on actual results, encouraging incremental growth through a hands-on approach as well as quantifiable progress reports.

We inspire people to flourish.
